Healthy Spruce Trees are a great replacement for lodgepole pines that have been killed due to the beetle infestation. Colorado continues to see a great number of trees dying because of the Mountain Pine beetle epidemic. Many of Colorado's finest residences have beetle killed pines in their landscaping.
